Delegation Policy

The NZBS Board reviews the NZBS Policy of Delegations every year. In accordance with clause 24, Schedule 6 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 the Board delegations to the Chief Executive need to be approved by the Minister of Health and are published on the NZBS website.
