Helen's been donating since her teens

I started donating blood in my late teens. Not exactly how or why but I did and have continued to this day. Changing to plasma some time ago. I have had a few stops with babies, shifting and travel. Due to my blood group I love that I can give to any one. I have had phone calls asking if I can come in. It was lovely early one when we got letter to say how out blood was used. I am still very happy to donate saving lives. My twin sister in Australia also donates regularly.
