Help accessing files, documents and resources on our website

We use a variety of document types for information about NZBS. Please download the following softwares to access each file type.

PDF: .pdf files - Adobe Reader
Word Document, Excel and Powerpoint: .doc, .xls and .ppt - Microsoft Office 365 or Libre Office

Help disabling Skype phone numbers and automatic calling

You may find that if you have Skype, it may have converted some phone numbers on our website to Skype phone numbers. To remove this, please follow the instructions for the browser you are using.

Internet Explorer

Select 'Tools', 'Internet Options'
Select the 'Program' tab and then click the 'Manage add-ons' button
Scroll down to the 'Skype Technologies SA' section
Select the first plug-in and click the 'Disable' button
Click the 'Close' button
Click 'OK' several times to return to the web page
Close the browser and start it again.

Firefox

Select 'Tools', 'Add-ons'
Click the 'Extensions' side tab
Locate 'Skype Extension' and click 'Disable' to the right
You will be asked to restart the browser. Allow the browser to be restarted.

Chrome

Select 'Tools', 'Extensions'
Locate 'Skype Extension' and click the 'Disable' link
Refresh the web page
